General Delivery Information

FREE standard delivery within Australia for all orders over AU$299 per transaction.

For your convenience, Montique Clothing offers both standard and express delivery within Australia.

Please note the delivery time frames indicated below are estimates only, based on the stock being dispatched from our warehouse. On occasion we will despatch your order from a store and delivery times may vary, depending on both the store location and the intended destination.

We will always aim to despatch your order within 1 business day, however in busy periods please allow up to 1-2 business days handling to process your order.

Australian Express Post Delivery

$18.95 for all Orders

2-5 business days from dispatch*

Terms and Conditions:

  • We must have correct and complete addresses, including a company name where necessary, and at least one contact telephone number. 
  • These delivery dates and times are our best estimate only and we are not liable for any loss due to unforeseeable delay in delivery.
  • An item from your order may be coming from a store location.
  • Express Post delivery is available for orders within a certain network location. Please click here to view the postcodes that qualify for Express Post delivery. If you live outside of these postcodes, selecting Express Post will result in the next fastest possible transport link.
  • Goods may not be delivered the next day due to circumstances such as adverse weather conditions, strikes etc. Please refer to the Australia Post Website for further details.
  • Delivery may be delayed during sale or promotional periods.

Choice of Carrier

All orders are shipped via Australia Post.

Tracking Your Parcel

Once your parcel has been shipped from the warehouse, you wil be sent an email oconfirmation with the tracking information.

Authority To Leave (ATL)

You may have the option to request ATL the parcel in a safe place without signature. If you provide Australia Post with an ATL risk of lost or damage to parcels will pass onto you and we are not liable for missing, lost or stolen parcels.

Order Not Delivered

In the event that your order is not delivered, missing or lost, please reach out to our customer care team via email at customerservice@intermoda.com.au. Once the package has been declared lost by the shipping provider, we can issue you a replacement, store credit or refund.

If your order is stated as delivered on the tracking information but the parcel is unable to be located, customers must reach out to our customer care team via email at customerservice@intermoda.com.au within 5 days of the delivery date stated on the tracking.

International orders

Orders to New Zealand are charged at a flat rate of AUD$29.95 and

All International orders are subject to the following terms and conditions along with our return and shipping policies;

Most orders are shipped from Sydney, Australia. In some instances they may be shipped from a different location in Australia.

Please allow extra time for International deliveries.

To guarantee delivery it is best to send your parcel to your office or somewhere where there will be someone to receive it between 9am - 5pm. If there is no one at the delivery address your order is placed in a safe place outside your address unless specified otherwise. For some international countries, customs will require you to collect it from a collection point and a card will be left for further information. Any custom duties are charged to you upon delivery or collection.

Duties and taxes will be charged to the receiver upon delivery.

We are not responsible for any duties or taxes and any re-delivery requires a new shipping fee.

Montique may in certain cases contact you to provide validation of shipping address and your credit card details.
